MSc Project Opportunity – Molecular Parasitology
We offer an MSc thesis project on the identification of novel protein–protein interactions in Toxoplasma gondii using cross-linking mass spectrometry (XL-MS), genetics, and advanced imaging.
The project combines CRISPR/Cas9 endogenous tagging, U-ExM, fluorescence microscopy, and functional phenotyping, and is embedded in an international and collaborative research environment.
