Job description:

  • Scientific services in research in the field of gene regulation in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, esp. biochemical and structural biological studies of chromatin regulators using biochemical and structural biological methods in combination with molecular genetics to characterize repressed chromatin

    Starting date: Nov. 1, 2023 or thereafter

 

Requirements:

  • University degree and doctorate in biology, biochemistry or comparable subject
  • proven experience in structural biology and biochemistry, especially cryo-electron microscopy

  • knowledge of genomics and bacterial genetics desired
  • at least one first author publication in an internationally recognized journal
  • proficiency in written and spoken English
