I completed my Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology in Bielefeld before moving on to study Biophysics in the Master's program at HU Berlin.
I am interested in state of-the-art imaging techniques and their application to understand how the immune system works.
In order to discover what mechanical forces are involved during the process of B-lymphocyte activation, I use traction force microscopy in combination with super-resolution microscopy.
